Rules

  • Participants must be age 16 or older and currently enrolled in secondary/high school or at a college/university
  • All data feeds used must be sourced from Terbine’s system
  • Projects must be submitted by 10/28 at 23:59 UTC/GMT
  • All work must be completed without plagiarism and by the individual who has registered and is making the submission
  • We reserve the right to disqualify/expel anyone who does not meet our code of conduct

Code of Conduct

We are dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of the following: gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, political views, previous datathon attendance or lack of, computing experience or lack of, chosen programming language or tech stack.

We do not tolerate harassment of datathon participants in any form. Sexual, violent or exclusionary language and imagery are not appropriate at any datathon event, project submission or a chat forum, this includes the following: talks, presentations, or demos, social media, any other online media.

Participants violating these rules may be disqualified or expelled from the datathon at the discretion of the organizers.
